What you want:
1 apple, unpeeled, cored and chopped
10 blackberries
1 degree tsp sweetener granules
cinnamon stick (elective)
What you do:
1. Pour a mugful of freshly boiled water right into a saucepan, add all of the elements and simmer for five minutes.
2. Permit to chill barely, then pressure and pour right into a mug to take pleasure in. For those who’d prefer to eat the cooked fruit, this provides ½ Syn.
